How much earns a MPs in Europe? An Italian MPs earns in excess of 16,000 € gross per month. A French 13,500 €. A Deutschland 12,600 €. A Dutch 10,000 €. A Belgian 9,200 €. An Austrian 8,650 €. A Spanish 4,630 €.
Reimbursements for travelling are not included in these amounts, but a lot of times are for thousands of Euro in just one month. In UK people are complaining because their MPs are asking to be reimbursed first-class ticket when they travel. This is correct from a UK citizen's point of view. However I wonder what we have to do in the others European countries with such "a kind of vampires". What would you suggest, my dear English friends?
I don't know yours but this is my suggestion: a Revolution French style (July, 14 1789, do you still remember?). There is no way MPs could understand it is turned up the time to behave fair. Only through a Revolution we can hope to establish a new order. The old one is too much corrupted.
And even if this exortation is in clear contrast with R-Evolution principles I must admit that, sometimes, there are cases where to make a real Revolution it is fair and correct. This is one of these cases. Sorry.
I beg your pardon if I didn't find the time, till now, to keep alive this Blog with new posts and informations. My Blog is a small independent Blog, I know, and for the moment the Blog has a very little amount of readers. However even if the reader was just one this reader should be respected as if there were millions of readers. What really matters is not the amount, the quantity, but the quality. By the way I have a personal life as well. My personal life in these last 15 days is that I have been enough busy (as any other people in the Western world, I believe, due to the Christmas season). Don't forget I live in Antarctica, South Pole ....... hehehehe ;-))). I couldn't find enough time to inform you about new discovers I did.
Now I am here again to improve the quality of this Blog. Quality for me is to inform people on how in our time there is a lot of confusion around some important matters and events of our present life. This is the reason because I titled this Blog "R-Evolution? Yes, Please!" intending with this we need to reconsider the way we made our evolution till today. With the "R-" before the name Evolution I suggest the idea we need to make a new form of Revolution, enough different from the old way to make a Revolution. The difference between a Revolution and a R-Evolution consists of avoiding the typical mistake when a Revolution occurs. The mistake of any Revolution in the world (either in the past or in the present) is that any time a Revolution happens people destroy almost everything and start again from a "point zero". In a R-Evolution process people understand there is something good of the old system that must be saved and from this point that we can call "Point 3" (or 4, 5 or what else) we have to start again. Never in a R-Evolution process you have to start from a "Ground Zero" level. If after a R-Evolution process we start again from a "Ground Zero" level this means that the process is a Revolution process, not a R-Evolution process. This must be seen as a failure, then. Success is R-Evolution, not Revolution.
Today I wish to take under your attention the following new process, a R-Evolution process. His name is "MMT" which means Modern Monetary Theory. Lately Spain it is a sort of laboratory of new politic forms of protest. Spanish people, taking inspiration from Egyptian revolution in Tahrir Place in El Cairo, at the beginning of this year created the so called 15 March Movement (15-M), which also inspired Occupy Wall Street - OWS movement in New York. The beating heart of 15-M movement is still surviving months later, by different forms of protest against the old political system.
The most important of this forms of protest, in my opinion, is represented by a Party that will participate tomorrow, 20 November, in next Spanish general elections. The name of the Party is "Escaños en Blanco". Literally translated it means "Benches in White". The purpose of this Party is to avoid that voters who are raged, unsatisfied, frustrated with the actual political system are not going to indirectly help the two major Parties which are Partido Popular (Popular Party - PP) and Partido Socialista Obrero Español (Spanish Socialist Party of Workers - PSOE). If voters are not going to vote or they go and cancel the vote or vote in white, well, all this behaviours are going to make a favour to the two biggest Parties due to a complex mechanism on how the votes are distributed.
Escaños en Blanco Party (Benches in White) pretends to collect the votes of all unsatisfied people but, in the event that the sum of their votes produces an elected candidate or maybe candidates, they will not occupy their benches and they are not going to be paid for it. The seats in the Spanish Parliament will remain void for all the time of the legislature which is supposed to be 4 years. In this way Escaños en Blanco founders say the seat not occupied by a Parliamentary Member will remind to other MPs that there are people that have voted but they disagree with them.
Well, dear Spanish voters, if you are undecided or frustrated with the actual political Spanish system, then now you have found somebody available to (un)represent you. You can go to your polling station and express your rejection in an absolutely legal way.
By my side I feel satisfied that there are people, like people of Escaños en Blanco, able to apply R-Evolution principles. My sympathy is totally for you, guys and gals. Well done.

Benetton company is back, we must say. Once again Benetton is surfing the Spirit of Time, like in the '80s.
This time the new Benetton campaign is all but nobody in the world will remain indifferent. I know everybody wish to comment, positively or negatively, all the pictures all over the world. Everybody wish to comment from his/her point of view.
So this is my opinion: I find the idea of this campaign absolutely revolutionary and interesting. I do not enter in moral, ethic or aesthetic considerations. Anybody can think what prefers. What I would like to underline here is the following: why we live in times where a private company must push the "value of not hating" if we have a world organization like United Nations that should be worried about this kind of matters? Why we haven't the pleasure to see and listen something strong like this campaign since UN foundation in the '50s?
I know this kind of queries will never receive an answer from UN's General Secretary. However I find interesting if somebody, one day, could ask him the same.

For your info, the last picture is a kiss between the Pope Benedict XVI and the Iman of El Cairo Mosque Al-Azhar. Vatican hierarchy has vigorously protested about it, so Benetton company probably must cancel this picture from the campaign. Once again Vatican missed a fabulous chance, I believe, to understand modernity.
For this reason let me ask for something to the same Pope: how can we walk on the road of peace if Catholic Church do not co-operate on the UNHate road? The new Italian government is born. Who, as myself, knows the times of Italian politic, than he/she must admit that Mario Monti did something absolutely new for Italy. He respected the "Timing". He promised a government for today and this same afternoon, just one hour ago, the new Italian government was born. Maybe is even born a new style in Italy, maybe.

There is nothing to say right now, because a new government has the right to a 100 days "honeymoon" with people, Italian people in this case. So any opinion or judgement is temporarily suspended.

Basically there are two social-economic systems still surviving in our age. One is Capitalism, which is apparently the winner. The other one, the loser, is Communism. But if we come back in human history just only 200 years ago neither Capitalism nor Communism were the leading system by which human beings were setting up their lives.
Since we are just living the present and we are not able to behave thinking we are part of a temporal flux such as Past, Present and Future, we naturally tend to believe that our last discovers and inventions will last forever. Nothing could be more wrong. Our present capitalistic times are not forever. The seed of changes is already germinating. Along this unbelievable year 2011 we have assisted to a lot of social convulsions. It all started as we now know as "Arab Spring". Then the rage of Muslin people, even for other motivations and under different forms, emerged in Europe, especially with the so called movement of "15 March" in Spain. Now, in these first days of Fall, we are viewing how the protests are taking a new form of protagonist even in USA with the movement "Occupy Wall Street".
Rightly people all over the world is just pissed off. Personally I consider myself a pisser (my American cousin baptised me in this way and I think he is right). I am part of that 99% people that is tired of the greed of 1% population. This 1% is destroying all that the 99% of the people has built over the last 200 years. So now don't be surprised if in a global economy, the struggle of the 99% is necessarily a global struggle.
However there is a question that is intriguing me in these days regarding all that is occurring all over the world. I would like to turn you this question, if you agree. The question is: how much ethic is the behaviour of the protesters and how much is an interested behaviour their behaviour?
I believe we have to clear the field by a serious misunderstanding, if we want to really understand what is now happening and how the present will affect our next and far future. Sometimes to understand the present and the future could be useful to have a look to the past.
Forty-three years ago, it was 1968, started the so called "Revolution of May '68". It started in Paris and the motivation, if you look at the past with the eyes of today, sounds really ridiculous. The detonator that exploded the bomb just was a simple case of sexual discrimination. A male student was not allowed to visit his girlfriend in her college apartment. The prohibition was considered unacceptable by young Parisian students. They all went out on the streets protesting against what they considered a limitation of personal freedom.
What nobody could forecast at that time was that this protesting behaviour was the stroke that broke the camel's back. Once the movement of students started his rebellion, it was like an immense river flowing to the sea. It grew suddenly up more and more, until the constituted Power had to admit that the protesters had overpassed their expectations. Since the Power was not prepared to this kind of rebellion it needed a lot of time to understand what to do. Finally the Power decide to use the only way it can admit to preserve its existence. The constituted Power used the force of the police to block any attempt of changing the legal order. Notwithstanding this Power's reaction it couldn't prevent that the "red terrorism season" especially in Germany and Italy could be born. The so called "70s" were considered in Europe by all conservative Governments the age of fighting a possible victory of the communist ideology.
Nowadays the Power is already alerted from that bad experience and is not wasting time. It is reacting promptly to any behaviour that can represent a danger even so far. Power is now well organized and it can't allow to miss his dominance. For this reason even if all the protests are basically pacific protests, Power is already using police against protesting people.
People is doing absolutely nothing. Sometime people is just pacifically showing their opposition to the social-economic system with a song. Have a look, for instance, to the following video and let me know if you don't agree with my opinion. This is the video, which is absolutely tender, I promise.
On the other side the last October 15 (already baptised Movement 15-O) we have assisted in Rome to an indecent show organized by Black Block movements and all his anarchist supporters. In Italy there is an historic anarchic movement that always fight using violence as a tool to claim even little social transformation. It is in the Italian DNA to be anarchist, probably because Italian people what they evaluate more is a vision of life based on individualism.
Personally and in principle I am not opposing to an individualist vision of society, always and when this vision doesn't affect the majority people's life. If you consider that the heart of Capitalism ideology is based on an individualistic philosophy, well, there is nothing wrong in it. Unless, as it is now happening, this individualism is elevated to a previous never seen grade of egoism (Wall Street speculators' behaviour, for example) or using the violence as a politic tool (anarchist in Rome or London, for instance) instead of discussing social controversy into the appropriate legal forms and institutions.
However if we accept that individualism is the base of any modern society (intending for modern all the western world societies born after World War Two) we must assume there will be something by which justify the correctness of this idea of life.
I don't know you but I tend to believe that a vision of life based on collectivism is definitely faded for the following three reason: the fallen of Berlin Wall, the slow but constant progressive change of Chinese society from a communist society to a capitalistic society and even the recent changes in the policy of Raul Castro in Cuba. The last bastion of a collective ideology remains North Korea but, early or later, even there something will happen and things will start to change.
So what we should have to consider is how to mitigate the influence that individualism can have on people and the way they organize their social life.
It is not really easy to find a way to stop the bad influence that an exaggerated and extreme vision of individualism can bring to our life. As said, Wall Street speculators (and all speculators all over the world) are the living example on how people without ethic and moral principles can create an economic disaster on a global scale.
But this is the point I am talking about and I wish you to fix your attention on. I have just talked about "Ethic and Moral Principles" as a filter by which looking at the reality or, if you prefer, as a barrier that we should never exceed to avoid predictable catastrophes as already happened in the past.
Any time a punch of greedy people doesn't respect this limit of ethic and moral principles we have assisted to an impoverishment of the majority of the people and their social downgrading on a global scale. What is, for instance, the World War Two if not the result of 1929 crisis? So don't be too much surprised if suddenly can explode another global war. By fact this global war is already happening even if it is a kind of war that is not fought by opposite armies since it is fought by civilian people against state organizations like police and secret services.
At this point of the human history we should all ask the following question: are we doing the right thing ignoring the request of 99% of the people? I don't know your answer, but I know mine. My answer is: no, we are committing a big mistake because this 99% of the people is just asking to live a decent life. But since a punch of greedy people is not interested to share the wealth on Earth and it is only interested to become richer every day more, well, it would be only my opinion, but I believe that this 99% of the people on Earth is right.
We are living in a world with too much economic and social inequalities. We are living in a world where it is believed normal and acceptable that a person can earn in a year what could satisfy the necessities of 100,000 people for a life time. Is this kind of world we have build all together a fair and correct world? Is this a world where ethic and moral principles are still respected?
No, my dear readers, I don't think so. This is a world where ethic and moral principles have been forgotten since a lot of time. What is incredible it is I can't say you when we started to forget them, because in any time and in any country of the world always happens the same. There is a moment, difficult to establish, that a society of good people starts to be corrupted by power and money. All the biggest empires in the past have passed through this bad and destructive experience.This is now happening again at a global level. It seems that a corruption of moral and ethic principles is widely expanding all over the world, as if it was a virus.
The only defence we have is to enforce our ethic and moral principles so we can strengthen our personal behaviours. Without this that I can, one more time, define a R-Evolution we can't pretend to win the battle to re-equilibrate the wealth of people. In other words we must finish to behave like sharks during an attack to provide their food. Yes, we are animals, it is useless to deny it. But we are a special category of animals. We are a category of animals possessing a deep consciousness. I don't know you but I hear this consciousness shouting out loud. It is asking us to revise our vision of individualism and mitigate it with ethic and moral principles like compassion, charity, a moderate life, sharing part of our wealth if our wealth is so big that 1,000 people can live daily with the money we earn in a month.
I am not stimulating a renaissance of communism. For God's sake, I hate communism. Nothing is worst than communism for me. But yes, I am promoting the idea that "Ethic Individualism" is the key opening the door to a valuable life in the Third Millenium. Are you ready for it?

Have you seen all the pictures? Well, then let me ask you the following 5 questions:
1) Do you know who are these women?
2) Do you know why they are protesting?
3) How do you feel looking at the women (not the pictures)?
4) Do you think they are right or wrong protesting half-naked?
5) What do you think and feel about the policemen?
These same 5 questions I asked to myself and this is what I answered:
1) These women are members of the feminist Ukrainian movement named "FEMEN". The movement was founded in Kiev by Anna Hutsol. Asked why she founded the movement, this is what Anna answered: "I set up FEMEN because I realised that there was a lack of women activists in our society; Ukraine is male-oriented and women take a passive role." The goals of the organization is "to shake women in Ukraine, making them socially active; to organize in 2017 a women's revolution."
2) These women are protesting because they are tired to be seen only as sex objects in their society. The pictures shown some of them protesting in front of the Ukrainian Parliament because there are no female members in the new government of Ukraine. They also claimed that after the early 2010 election of President Viktor Yanukovich the SecurityService of Ukraine has attempted to intimidate the FEMEN activists.
3) Looking at these women and what they are doing I feel empathy for them and their protest. Especially I empathize with the two women of picture nº 9. There is something deep in the rage they show. They remind me like those "Goddesses in the Wood" as I learnt reading some north European tales or legends. I find them absolutely attractive for the passionate rage showed in their attitude.
4) I think they are right to protest half-naked. I share what they say to explain why they protest in this way. FEMEN justifies its provocative methods stating "This is the only way to be heard in this country. If we staged simple protests with banners, then our claims would not have been noticed".
5) Looking the faces of the policemen I feel how stupid, sometimes, are we men. They looks like "grey robots" only executing stupid orders from somebody who is feeling threatened by the strong characters of these women. We men are always obsessed with the fear to miss "Power". Yes, women sometimes could been dangerous in this sense. But if in a Government there is neither a woman representing them and their rights, well, the minimum you can expect is they are going onto the street protesting half-naked.
Conclusions: these women are doing nothing dangerous, they do not represent any danger for the population or the national Ukraine security, they are protesting in a very civil manner. If you ask me this is the right way to make a R-Evolution I say:"Yes, this is". And I add:"Even we men, sometimes, should protest for our rights half-naked".
Welcome on my vision of a R-Evolutioned world. I love you all.
Well, have you seen the video? What do you think about London riots now? I don't know what you think but I will tell you what I think.
Since the beginning of the street disorders in London I told myself: be prudent, hold on a bit more time to have your opinion. I felt like a wise suggestion of my inner self telling me: things are not the way they appears.
I have a motto in my life: Victor, never ever believes 100% of what people is telling you and only believes 50% of what you are seeing. I always believe and apply this motto because I know how much the reality is manipulated by the Media.
So now I think I did the right thing waiting for expressing my opinion on London riots. Because If I had been following the stream of the first TV commentaries probably I would arrive to the same conclusion: people in London are rebelling due to the social cuts and costs of economic crisis.
On the other side if I think as the UK Head of Government, Mr Cameron, probably I arrived to his same conclusions: people involved in disturbing the public order are conflictive people with no sense of Good and Evil.
So I have been looking and reflecting till today, when I saw the video I attached above. Now things for me are enough clear, but don't forget my motto, please, to never believe what you hear and only believe half of what you see.
For sure there have been people in this London riots absolutely out of control for social cuts and the consequences of economic crisis. They have been affected in their daily routine as never in their life. It is absolutely understandable that when you see your world falling down and destroyed by the egoistic appetites of unscrupulous people like financial speculators, it is understandable, I was saying, that there are people acting in the only way they think can get off their problems. This action, this behaviour has only a name for them: rebellion. And rebellion, at a good end, means violence.
So the problem start now, with violence. As seen in the video there are people who have used this "social" violence as a justification to commit crimes. Because there is no another way to tell that the group of guys, attacking the motorist with the purpose to steal his scooter, are just criminals. In this sense I agree with Mr Cameron's definition of such delinquency behaviour. But only in this episode of criminality or others similar to it. Not for all London riots.
So I suggest if everybody stops for a while to understand we are in real, huge and terrible economic problems due to the egoistic behaviours of dominant economic elites such as financial speculators, well, maybe one day we can avoid to see again London burning. I hope everybody can reflect a bit more and understand the lesson coming from London riots.

Since Sunday 14th of August Novak Djokovic has become the only tennis player in the history of this sport able to win 5 Masters 1000 tournaments in the same calendar year.
People not really inside tennis rules, efforts and how to play a match of tennis maybe will not understand the real value of this record. Nole has inscribed this incredible record in his "Palmares of Victories" and this means that nobody else on Earth, in any time and country, never ever reached such an incredible sport goal. Only one person in the "Tennis Open Era" has been able to do so and this man is Novak Djokovic.
It is a lot of years I am following the impressive unique Novak's ride towards the top. He reached the nº 1 top position last 3rd of July winning for the first time Wimbledon tournament.

Doing so it would be authorized to rest a bit. Anybody else in the world have would taken a short time of resting. But Nole is made of another fibre. Nole doesn't rest, he only plays and wins and wins and again wins.
What is doing Novak Djokovic this year probably is for somebody born in another planet than Earth. Maybe one day will discover that the Serbian player is an E.T. from Mars or any other planet of the universe. Meanwhile all that we can do it is to assist astonished the way is doing his job in such an incredible way.
Malicious people, at this point, could think there are some "dirty" secrets to justify such an incredible winning streak of success. I am not this kind of people. I think (and hope) his victories are genuine and there is "no dirty secret" behind them.
Assuming then that the native from Belgrade, the former Jugoslavia capital, is fully clean, I would like to bring to your attention the following: Novak Djokovic is the right example to understand what I mean when I am talking about "R-Evolution".
Novak started to play tennis very early in his life. His biography states he was only 4 years old. True or not, from that age Novak has always firmly worked with only one goal in his mind: one day I will be the Number One of tennis.
Past 3rd of July he reached his programmed target. It took him 20 years to arrive where he wanted and planned to arrive. How do you think he did it?
The answer for me is very easy: he, conscious or not, applied the values of "R-Evolution". This values consist of a permanent commitment with yourself to do always the best efforts in your job and life. You are so committed with yourself to come to the top that you are not worried even when you miss vital matches or you must wait for some years before arriving to be Nº 1. Your willing is stronger than any defeats or people you can meet on your own way. This is the way Nole arrived to the top. This is the way people like me or you must follow if we want to help other people of this planet to re-invent themselves and their lives.
In other words it is a matter to continuously re-invent yourself and the way you behave. A champion like Djokovic is an example not only in his sport but even for any person in the world, independently which kind of job he/she is doing or any political/religion conviction or any sexual orientation or language spoken. Novak Djokovic is showing to everybody which is the way to follow if we want to do something well and good. Novak is never complaining. Novak is always positive, assertive, polite, full of respect of his adversary. These are human values under any sky and in any land in the Earth. He really applies the values of "Fair Play" in sport (and life).
In my opinion Novak Djokovic it is the perfect example of a United Nations "Goodwill Ambassador". I suggest that somebody into the ONU should take into consideration the chance to ask him to accept the charge of this role.
So any time you would like to ask me what I mean for "R-Evolution", from now you always know the answer. My answer is: look at Novak Djokovic and what he is doing. Try to follow his behaviour if you want to understand what means "R-Evolution".
